What's Included in the Repair Process
In addition to addressing the primary issue reported, we refurbish the coffee brewing unit by replacing the drainage valve and brew unit gaskets and clean out the coffee grinder.
For example. if your machine displayed Error 2, we will first fix Error 2 and then refurbish the brew unit and clean out the coffee grinder as part of general service.
Average Repair Cost
Average repair cost (parts and labor) ranges from $575-$850 depending on parts needed to fix the machine. Return shipping cost varies and gets added after parts and labor to the final invoice.
We charge $300 labor rate plus parts and return shipping to repair JURA machine. We install genuine OEM parts in all JURA coffee machines that we repair.
Labor rate for all JURA home models starts from $300. Models include C9, C60, C65, D6, E8, ENA 8, J6, J8, J80, J90, Z6, Z7, Z8, Z9 and Z10.
Labor rate for JURA professional models is $350. Models include GIGA 5, GIGA 6, GIGA 10, GIGA W3 XJ9, and WE8.
For example, if you sent your JURA home model for repairs that require spare parts of $350 value then your total cost will be $650 plus return shipping via FedEx Ground.
Packing and Shipping Instructions
Please have the machine properly packed in a double wall corrugated box. Remove all loose parts from the machine before packing. These include drip tray, drawer, used coffee grounds bin and water tank. Wrap the machine with 2-3 inch thick padding or bubble wrap to withstand the damage in transit. Ship your machine via UPS or FedEx.
In the case your machine arrived damaged, we will ask you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage to any inbound machines.
30 Days Limited Repair Warranty
We offer 30 days limited warranty on parts installed and labor. Shipping is NOT included. This is not a bumper-to-bumper warranty. Should the new issue arise within 30 days of repairs, customer is responsible for the cost of part. We waive the labor cost. Customer is also responsible for the 2 way shipping cost.
Repair Payment
Payment via Check or ACH. We email you the invoice for payment with an ACH link to pay electronically. Credit card payments are subject to 4% processing fee. Invoice is emailed to you after the machine is repaired.
